This 5-day workshop has been designed to provide mentors and coaches with the knowledge, skills and confidence to mentor and coach employees. We pay particular attention to the skills of non-directive mentoring, and coaching where mentors and coaches enable employees to think for themselves and learn to solve their own problems. This is what mentors and coaches find hard to do, yet it is where the real benefits for both the individual and organization lie.
This course should prove to be of particular interest to:
